For instance:

The others look like this.

Also before it quit working completely, I went into /etc/passwd and put dis
in front of a users name.
I did this to diable their account.
Could it caused it to go down?
But I noticed in logs as this was already happening.
But mine was running until the next day.
Now no one gets email and is lost in cyberspace somewhere..

Check your /var/qmail/users/assign file.
Some qmail rpm's have a cron job that writes over the
contents of the file and puts in the entries from
/etc/passwd.
