Yep I had to delete all accounts and readd them again.
I believe it was a permissions thing.

For those that don't know the command.
If you want mail working, do this.. even though it is a pain.
/home/vpopmail/bin/vdeldomain thedomain.com
/home/vpopmail/bin/vadddomain thedomain.com password
Then re-create your pop accounts, and it will work for you
You may have to Change the dir to where vpopmail is.

If not check to make sure that your base directory for your domains has
the proper user/group settings. I had the same problem for about 20
mins when I realized I didn't have the user and groups set. ( by the way
I soft link to outside directory on a larger drive.)
