Well, my assign file has this sitting in it.  Which looks good except I don't have a domain.com directory in my domains.
 
+domain.com-:domain.com:89:89:/home/vpopmail/domains/domain.com:-::
qmail/control files look to be normal, but I'm not sure what I should be looking for in there.  I compiled vpopmail with enable-mysql active, so I kinda thought there was a database I could delete to have this reset and have vpopmail create the appropriate directories.
