I just want to clarify one thing for anyone following this.  Dmitri is working 
on an esxi *OS* module so that users can make a reservation for an esxi node.  
Kelly was referring to an esxi *provisioning* module, which was used to 
provision VMs on top of esxi (and it is correct that people should be using 
the standard vmware provisioning module now).  So, they're actually two 
different things, but very easy to get confused.
