Rofa, thank you for these details, now I understand better the
configuration parameters.
Finaly I use these parameters :
    Use section filtering : yes
    Disable filters : 0

and, as Klaus say, I have change all channels with stream type = 27 (0x1B).
Now I can record all channels.
