There are numerous defects raised for Cyfra+ over the web against
other PVRs (MythTV, Tvheadend etc.).

A quick google seemed to suggest the following encodings are used on Cyfra+:

ISO-8859-2 for source network id 113
ISO-6937 for source network id 318
