Basically, something like this:
boottime="$1"
if [ "$1" -eq 0 -o "$1" -gt "$tomorrow" ] ; then
boottime="$tomorrow"
fi
After that, use $boottime instead of $1 for wakeup programming.
Untested, ymmv.
