Ok. The parts that I think are relevant are in whiteboard. And there
is a working jar to try, and the source for Test and a template.
I think the the specifics about the events themselves can be reworked a
little, and y'all may think the rest may be reworked a little, or a lot
:)
I incorporated Rafal's suggestion re ReferenceInsertionEventHandler - so
look at the code rather than previous posts for the actual interfaces if
you are going to incorporate for testing.
