Nope.  And now that apple gave up with their stupid video cards and got real
ones, I can get quake III on my G4 at > 40 frames a sec (I think)

Really?  Wasn't my recollection that you could plug into a live scsi bus.

Of course, there was that removable disk system (I don't remember the name)
where you could pop 40M disks in and out...
