I don't know how to export / import the Bugzilla database; it should be
possible somehow but you will need someone with more Infrastructure Kung-fu
than me.
To whom it may concern: Someone that moderates the velocity-dev list,
must let the first "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" mail pass (by replying to the
appropriate address) so that the issuetracker reports go to this list.
