My only concern is that when Geir and Gabriel started VelocityTools,
they decided to develop most of the documentation with Geir's new DVSL
tool. :)  It's worked great, but abandoning DVSL means reformatting
the docs for some other tool.  it might honestly be less effort to
spruce up DVSL a bit in the short term.  but then there's that whole
long term thing....

any great ideas for a new doc tool?  anyone know much about APT?
