We are having a debate in our home care because we are getting conflicting information from the infusion companies that we use. Is a subq disc (when used for pain control or med infusion for example)considered a vascular device or not? For those of you in Home Care when answering MO250 and MO810 how do you answer them and when coding do you use IDC-9 code V58.81 or V58.82?
