mo 250 would be yes because the #1 under the question states Intravenous OR 
infusion 
you would mark yes because the sub q is an infusion - is is not vascular - in 
order for it to be vascular it would have to be in the vasculature (ie vein).  
You would mark 810 accordingly

We are having a debate in our home care because we are getting conflicting 
information from the infusion companies that we use. Is a subq disc (when used 
for pain control or med infusion for example)considered a vascular device or 
not? For those of you in Home Care when answering MO250 and MO810 how do you 
answer them and when coding do you use IDC-9 code V58.81 or V58.82?
