Dialysis/Apherisis Catheters and Heparin

Just taking a querie to see what  amount of heparin is being used for dialysis and apheresis catheters.  Are the amounts different depending upon the use of the catheter  (dialysis vs. apheresis?)?  What do you do if the catheter is used for both dialysis and apheresis...How much heparin is instilled?  Thank you very much!
