You are not the only one having this problem.  It seems like the dialator/introducer is lighter in make up.  Paul has this changed?  I know that the dialator in the 3.5Fr kit is very pliable but the 4.5 and 5 dialators were more substantial.  It takes a bit to get it though the the tissue into the vein.  I find that I have to sometimes work very hard on dialating the vessel in order to get the introducer in the vessel.  I'll also take suggestions.  It's troubling to have a very high success rate and run into this problem. I may have to look for another kit if this continues.   Thanks also for suggestions.  Just wanted to let you know you were not the only one out there.   Betsy Harmon RN CRNI Vascular Access Team Critical Care Unit Alaska Native Medical Center Anchorage, Alaska [EMAIL PROTECTED]  ----- Original Message ----- From: Nancy Sullivan To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Saturday, October 28, 2006 11:02 AM Subject: ?
