I also have been having this problem lately...I am suspecting the introducer in the kit has been replaced/changed from the old one...

Problem with introducer You are not the only one having this problem. It seems like the dialator/introducer is lighter in make up. Paul has this changed? I know that the dialator in the 3.5Fr kit is very pliable but the 4.5 and 5 dialators were more substantial. It takes a bit to get it though the the tissue into the vein. I find that I have to sometimes work very hard on dialating the vessel in order to get the introducer in the vessel. I'll also take suggestions. It's troubling to have a very high success rate and run into this problem. I may have to look for another kit if this continues.
Thanks also for suggestions. Just wanted to let you know you were not the only one out there.
