Try Covaderm. It is a combination dressing with a transparent dressing built in. Ask for some samples. The only problem is that it does not have a window so you can't observe the dressing.

I have a patient that is very, very sensitive to the Tegaderm that we
use to cover the PICC and statlock.  Does anyone have any suggestions
for what other type of occlusive dressing that can be used, because the
home health nurses decided to put gauze and paper tape over the PICC and
statlock
