+1 to Gemma -- Seriously, this is tiresome. If you need a decision, take the one they've made so far: The educational pricing is the same €39. This isn't Photoshop.
They aren't /required/ to give educational pricing - it's a favor, so your harsh words are out of line. You don't actually know what they have to do to handle educational pricing -- why would they offer a discount unless it was worth it to them? Maybe they have to set up something for a tax write-off, who knows?
