To my knowledge, there isn't a windows binary at the moment. Indeed, I
think there are a few unix-specific parts of the code (mostly dealing
with paths, etc.) at the moment so it will take a little work to fix
these before Veusz is likely to work on Windows. After that, I guess
producing a binary with py2exe will be possible.
