To my knowledge, there isn't a windows binary at the moment. Indeed, I
think there are a few unix-specific parts of the code (mostly dealing
with paths, etc.) at the moment so it will take a little work to fix
these before Veusz is likely to work on Windows. After that, I guess
producing a binary with py2exe will be possible.
It's occured to me that I'll probably be in the vincinity of a Windows
computer at the weekend, so I can have a bash at getting this working
then - assuming it's not much more complex than I think it is. Off the
top of my head, I can think of a few places where hardcoded paths are
being used (settings.py comes to mind) and a few where os.path.join
should be being used instead of assuming '/' as a directory seperator.
Is there anything else that you know to be broken, Jeremy? Or is it
likely to be a case of try it and see where it fails?
