Me and my wife had a great time there and want to make it back again very soon. I had my Rotator Cuff operated on in Dec and have gone thru therapy. I have a trip of a life time planned for Alaska in Sept. I have gotten out a bunch of recepie books and will start with the simple ones till I feel comfortable for Salmon flys. One of the books has Don Ordes mouse in it. Don't think I will be trying that one. It is one that my fishing buddy Gordon Mankins brought back from the FFF Conclave of 1995. It is called "Patterns of the Masters" and he surely belongs in there. It has been a long time since I have been able to post to the list. I had to change some settings in my Outlook Express in order to be able to post. It looks like I will be going to Alaska in Sept. to do some FF for trout and Grayling. It also appears that I may be able to fish for Salmon also. I have to get busy learing to tie all over again. I haven't tied much since the Sow Bug , I think it was in 2003 or 2004. Can't remember. Do you have any good Salmon recipies?
