Check out http://eflytyer.com/new_stuff/ns_feathers.html, Mike Hogue. I've dealt with him for years. I believe he also sells Collins hackle. I've gotten some great soft hackle Chinese necks from him as well. Ewing hackle co also has really good bugger hackle at reasonable prices and wonderful colors. Joyce
