Another possibility is Ewing: http://ewingfeatherbirds.com/index.html One of my fly fishin/fly tying buddies gets most of his feathers from Ewing. He goes right to their place in Waterville, IA. It is about an hour drive from La Crosse, WI. I think their prices have always been pretty reasonable.
