Chuck, If using the dental loops, stick the tail end through the bottom of the bobbin, don't go through the top end. The thin tail end will slip through the bobbin stem and it leaves the loop open to run the thread through it. Joe: I like whatever kind works LOL.. But unlike that "Mason" type hard mono that I wish I had some of to use, this mono I'm using, i just can't seem to get that crimp to stay just right, and it is always too wide to go through the bobbins tube. Chuck - I buy a pack of the mono loops they sell for dental floss. They come in a pack of @25 and are less than $2.00 at Wally World or K Mart. Since I started using them, I haven't used my wire one's at all. If you really prefer the wire threaders, let me know and I will send you one. -- Joe Fusco, Sr. Member of The Missouri Trout Fishermen’s Association, The International Brotherhood of the Flymph and The Virtual Fly Box REMEMBER CANCER IS A WORD NOT A SENTENCE Reply to: jfusc...@gmail.com On Wed, Apr 18, 2012 at 12:44 AM, Chuck Alexander <chuckalexan...@centurylink.net> wrote: You have to be.
