It is basically a strip of foam tied in just behind the hook eye and then folded back and tied off at the tail. Tie in a couple of saddle feathers then the foam. Fold one side of the foam back then the other side and tie off. This forms the body. A couple of quilt pins for the eyes and you have it. You can color it or use colored foam. Black is good for dark days. Tony
