I have several sinking lines Chuck.

The thing I have found , is that you must retrieve most of the line before you
can pick up the sinking part.

I have sinking tips of several different rates. I also have full sinking line.
The sink tips allow you to use your regular floating line and be able to
change them while you are fishing. They are usually loop to loop.

I use them from my pontoon boat, because the heaver one are so hard to cast. As
you are kicking, you just let line out. It is much easier then trying to cast
the.

Some mistakes are just too much fun to make only once.
