Hi KP: That would solve the major logistical problem since you are located in the UK and I know you from way back when. I have no problem with a certificate or whatever from the IOFF to Birdie as recognition. The other alternative is to include a photo lab copy of the photo of Birdie & his daughter. The photo is a little dark but could be made slightly lighter and more vibrant with Adobe Lightroom or a similar app. The photo lab could probably do this.
