OK guys and gals, on the Caddis fly thread........
Caddis flies belong to the order Trichoptera, moths belong to the order Lepidoptera. So it is quite obvious that they are not the same.

God  help  me.......   I'll  write the words  "JOKE"   or "A**  BUSTIN"  in the subject line next time....

since we're  discussing the obvious...  did you look up the  Phylum, Class, Family, Genus, Specie, sub specie, race and strain,   too?

See,   here's how  the analogy works........      calling a lure  a fly  is like calling  a  moth a caddis.......   except in that particular instance, in which Byard  was making a staunch statement to the reverse  that  a lure is not a fly.....  hence  a  caddis is not a moth.......      so that in  saying so, quite obviously .....

aw,  never mind.......     :^)
