Seems to me if a guy designs it, makes it with his own hand and it's legal.
Then fishes with the other guy in mind. I'll admire his creation, no matter
what the material s are. I'll even admire the way a crankbait can be made
small enough for a flyrod. If it helps a brother get to know the water, his
family, himself. So be it. while he's at it, if I can learn from him all the
