I use WF on my 9'  5wt. and my 9'  9wt.  I use a DT on my 7.5'   5wt.  I 
don't make very long casts with the 7.5' rod and the DT performs well for 
me on that rod.  Of course, the WF line would probably work as well, but 
that's just the way I rig up.

As in most of what we do in the sport, "Whatever works for you".
