Water Wisp flies use a very interesting concept. Basically they are
parachute style flies. But they are reverse tied. The tail is at the hook's
eye and the bend is used as the parachute post. Found some of them in one of
mine catalogs. Don' know about the tying steps.

I've had some luck tying the fly and bending the hook. Used turkey flat for the post and tied parachute style. Never fished them too much and can't remember catching many trout with them either. Must be me.
