Ginger,

I use a small flat file at the vise before I tie the fly.  If I'm feeling 
especially paranoid, or want to go the extra mile, I have a small fine 
ceramic to grace it with.  At this point (pardon the pun) if it were an 
edge, I could shave with it.

How are things 150 mi south of me?  Wet here!  Trout have been incredible on 
the flats around Tampa Bay, and we're seeing a lot of reds.
