My very favorite sharpener is one that Lawrence Waldron made ( I believe). It is ceramic and I got it from Hans Weilenman. Perhaps he can join us and let us know where he got it. It is great for hooks and good for fingernails too when out in the stream and you suddenly get a snaggy split nail. Joyce
