I am sure there are a number of flies tied this
way. I use the same system of tying with antron
for my Still Born, Olive Emerger, and several
other flies I tie. Really any material can be used
this way. I think Jack might of given one of his
Soft Hackle Streamers. We have traded several
times. The marabou can be spun as a collar instead
of a wing. One of my sayings is. Nothing is new in
tying flies except the materials.
