I've had them forever. Made in India written on some of them. Some came with little rubber tubes on the jaws but that soon failed. My fix is simple and cheep. I used 3M COmfort Strips bandage (usual disclaimers). Stick the bandage to one side of the jaws, trim to a workable size and fold bandage over the outside of the jaw on to its self, now trim the rest to fit the jaw shape.
