I just super glue a rubber band there & cut to shape.  Had to do that with Tiemco's, wouldn't recommend them.  The plastic started breaking the same day.  Took back twice & got new ones.  The 3rd time I fixed them myself.

Hi Chris, I'm not sure what they are can't remember now. I've had them forever. Made in India written on some of them. Some came with little rubber tubes on the jaws but that soon failed. My fix is simple and cheep. I used 3M COmfort Strips bandage (usual disclaimers). Stick the bandage to one side of the jaws, trim to a workable size and fold bandage over the outside of the jaw on to its self, now trim the rest to fit the jaw shape. Feathers don't slip they break.  Mind the jaws still have a fairly tight fit to begin with.

if not most of you.

I'm tying flies for a buddy...actually I'm tying small flies (one of
my associates refers to them as "dandruff").  And my #$(*%#@ hackle piers
keep slipping off the #%(*&%#@ feather.

So - does anyone have any wonderful suggestions?  Also - what piers
are any of you having success with (I'm using the Griffin rotary plier
thingies...).
