When good swaps go bad, the first question from everyone is, "Did the swapmiester communicate with everyone?"
As a swapmiester I feel that I may have list support for dropping one or two people who are way past deadline with no flies mailed or communication WHEN the list is aware that I have indeed been sending out updates. I don't post every update, but I feel that I owe it to the list to post a few throughout the swap.
