Interesting,
no idea on the list??

I don't know how it works but I guess it is like a membrane. The water
molecules are much more smaller than the larger molecules of heavy metal
salts (Copper salts and others are toxic) and organics and bacteriums as
well.
Probably it is a ceramic insert as we can control their behavior very well.
Therefore only the water molecules and some light salts (natrium, kalium)
travel through the membran, everything else is blocked.

Probably the water from this bottles have little mineral contend and are
therefore not safe if you drink only the water from these bottles. Any
doctors online?
