probably I'm as weired as you asume to be <G>..
I tie with my necks and saddles, but sometimes it is a really pain to pluck
a hackle from it. So with my new cree. Used 3 or 4 hackles till now. But
tied a lot of Adams with them.

Necks are much more expensive but I like the variety of sizes. Unfortunately
there are not so much half necks in the market. Might be a nice alternative
to the saddles.

thanks for the suggestion with  Dennis birds. I'll take it in account when I
have to get new hackle. Probably he has a dealer in Germany.
