[VFB] Fishing around Princeton NJ

I'm headed to Lambertville, NJ (near Princeton) in a few weeks and will have my fly rods with me (plan to head toward Western MA later in the visit).  Anyway---is there any stream fishing (trout, smallies, etc) within reasonable driving distance from Princeton?  Any leads or information will be greatly appreciated.   Thanks in advance!!!!
