Thanks for the report an photo, Valerie. I'm still banking that they won't have to amputate, but if they do, it's not the end of the world. I know a guy who is a double leg amputee and he gets around without a cane with prosthetic legs. All this makes my broken leg and tendinitis in my ankle seem very, very insignificant.
Tell Mike to hang in there, things will get better and he'll be back to teaching, fishing and tying before he knows it.
