Welcome aboard. I store mine pretty much like Murf,
stackable drawers, but I do put mothballs in mine.
Haven't noticed that the smell causes any problems,
however, that's going to be my excuse the next time I
get skunked. "It's these darn smelly flies!" <VBG>
If the hide or feathers is field collected (ie,
scraped up off the roadside, or shot by a friend,
legally, of course) I either microwave it or deep
freeze it, thaw it and refreeze it before I even allow
it in my hermetically sealed tying room.
BTW, I believe DonO is pulling your leg. Once, again,
good to have you onboard, the more the merrier. This
is a great list and a great bunch of people.
