Mike,
concerning extended bodies are several methods around - one is to by them
pre-manufactured / valid method though - but brrrrrrr.
The dubbing method is as follows:
You need the needle, dubbing, and some glue. Put some head cement on the
needle, dub and slide the body off. Before you slide the body off, twist it
a bit to free the body from the needle and voila.
