By the way I did cook the Elk burgers last night and they didn't turn out too bad. I didn't think to ask until it was too late.... What kind of spices and what means do you use to cook Elk and Venison. I kicked myself after I realized I may have gotten some pretty good suggestions had I thought to ask you guys. Any suggestions or favorite recipes? Keep some simple.
