I LOVE jerky. I can't find anyone who makes it like my uncle used to. I miss that man. He taught me how to strip a deer and told me if I did I could go hunting. My mother drew the line at handing me a rifle. She's a wise woman judging from the aim I have with a fishing rod so far. It's a good thing the fish I'm after aren't so picky.
