Just joking Bart.  I once ate wings (#12 on a scale of 1-10 said the menu) that nobody had ever ordered in the Poconos.  The cook piled habs on an inch thick.  After I ate them, the bartender bought me a second pitcher as it was a brewery/restaurant.

If you missed my suggestion about habs, just take fresh ones and place in vinegar for a great sandwich addition.  Not as hot as you might think after 2 weeks.  Make sure they are refrigerated and I prefer white or rice vinegar.
