I am un-packing the materials I have and setting up the bench. I have some hooks 18 to 22 and need to know what I would ask for as to hackle feathers for dry flies for them. I really don't have any hackles suitable for a quality dry fly, ( of any size), they are all fairly soft and won't support the fly right off of the vice.
Jimi; Send an email to Byard and ask him if he has any whiting/hoffman 12 packs of saddles that size. That will get you your first 50 or so drys. There are also some necks which are a good value. Byard, dances and others will surely have some ideas. Murf
