There were many of us who expressed interest in this swap from the beginninb, why limit it to just 12 people. There could be more colors or more than one saddle of each color. Determined by the final number who sign up.
I would pluck one or many saddles as needed.

Wouldn't work Joel...has to be done in groupings of 12 so that each gets a decent amount of each color. There can however be as many groups of 12 as there is interest.
