A friend brought me two rooster pheasants, a hen pheasant, and a chukar yesterday, 
skinned them last night, didn't do a very good job I'm afraid, but now I need to dry 
them.  Bought 40 Mule Team Borax (I got two boxes Del, you know 20 PLUS 20)now I need 
to dry them.  Should I remove the heads and what about the meat in the wings and base 
of tails, does it need any special treatment?
