I grew up in Texas...lived there for 19 years....does that count? I live in California now but can still speak (or at least understand) Texan.
I do know that there is no such thing as good BBQ or Mexican food outside of Texas (sorry, Mexico....with a little more work you might be able to catch up someday). Chris
