That might work Deb.  The problem again is the durability.  Carp are a very
strong fish.  Any standard dry fly hook will straighten out.  I would hate
to see you spend alot of time tying a fly that will last only one fish.
They do not make fast runs or jump they just do what they want all the way
to the net.
